Story Behind the Artwork
Golden Crossing is a visual threshold — the moment a figure steps from fragmentation into flourishing. The central form stands at the divide between two worlds: a deep blue realm of shadow on the left, and a radiant golden expanse on the right. The left half of the figure is cracked, dark, and dissolving; the right half blooms with flowers, light, and organic growth.
