At In1SpotWorld, we want your order to arrive safely, on time, and exactly as expected. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your items.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

During high‑volume periods (holidays, promotions, new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. Typical delivery windows:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 7–12 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• your location

• the items in your order

• the selected shipping method

Any available free‑shipping promotions will be clearly displayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will update the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

• check with neighbors or your building manager

• verify the address on your order

• wait 24 hours in case the carrier scans early

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the item.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Pre‑Orders & Special Releases

If you purchase a pre‑order item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.
